A quiz for your website: what does it cost?
A lead generation quiz costs €390 as a one-time payment with us, VAT 25.5% included, with no monthly fee. International quiz tools are priced differently: according to their own pricing pages on 8 September 2026, Typeform starts at $29 per month and involve.me at $29 per month on annual billing, or $49 billed monthly.
The difference is not only price. In a subscription tool the quiz lives on the platform, and the answers accumulate there. A quiz we build lives on your site, and the answers come straight to you.
What does a quiz cost over three years?
Published prices over 36 months. Tool prices are in US dollars as published on their own pricing pages, and any applicable VAT is not included in those figures.
| Solution | Published entry price | 36 months | Where the quiz lives |
|---|---|---|---|
| ProfitSite quiz | €390 one-time, incl. VAT | €390 | On your own site |
| Typeform Basic | $29/month, 100 responses/month | $1,044 | On the provider's platform |
| involve.me Start | $29/month on annual billing, $49/month billed monthly | $1,044–1,764 | On the provider's platform |
These are straight multiplications of prices published on 8 September 2026. Note the response limit too: Typeform's cheapest tier includes 100 responses a month, and exceeding it moves you to a more expensive tier. Our other prices are on the add-on services page.
When is a subscription tool the better choice?
Three situations where we recommend one outright.
When you want to build and edit the quizzes yourself. The tools ship with templates and a browser editor. If you plan to change questions weekly, that is faster than asking us for a change.
When you run many quizzes and they keep changing. Campaign-specific quizzes are exactly what these tools are built for.
When you need ready integrations with ten different systems. That is not worth building by hand.
If instead you need one quiz that stays the same for years and asks the questions of your trade, a monthly fee is a permanent cost for a tool you open once a year.
How is a quiz different from a contact form?
A form asks everything at once: name, phone, email, message. The visitor sees five empty fields and weighs up whether it is worth it. A quiz asks one question at a time, and every answer visibly moves things forward.
Three structural differences that decide the outcome:
- Branching. The next question depends on the previous answer. The visitor is never asked about something that does not apply to them.
- A result before contact details. The quiz gives the visitor something — a recommendation, a price estimate, a configuration — and only then asks where to send it.
- Pre-qualification. The message that reaches you already carries the answers, so you know before the first word whether this enquiry suits you.
The third saves the most time. A wrong enquiry costs you a reply and costs the person a day of waiting.
What does the €390 quiz include?
| Included in the price | Not included |
|---|---|
| Question and branching design, 5–8 questions | Ongoing monthly editing of questions |
| Result page and enquiry form | Payment handling inside the quiz |
| Embedding into an existing site | Other redevelopment of the site |
| Consent text and privacy policy wording | Writing the privacy policy in full |
Design is the part that costs here. Writing questions so that they branch sensibly and do not lead the respondent takes longer than the technical build.
An example: four questions and a finished configuration
Our own quiz runs on the add-on services page and can be tried right now. It asks four things: your trade, whether you already have a site, whether booking is needed, and what matters most at the moment. At the end it shows a configuration and a price.
Four questions is not an accident. Each one changes the outcome, and no other question would. A fifth question would be politeness that costs respondents.
The same logic transfers directly to other trades. A cleaning company in Hämeenlinna asks the property type, the floor area, the level of cleaning and the schedule. A car workshop in Tampere asks the make, the symptom, the urgency and the location. In both cases four questions are enough to know what the job is before you pick up the phone.
Where are the quiz answers stored?
Answers reach you by email or Telegram through the same route as contact form messages. They do not sit on a third party's platform, and you do not have to log in anywhere to see them.
This is also a data protection question. When the quiz is on your own site and the answers come directly to you, you are the controller and the chain is short. The quiz carries a consent line and a reference to your privacy policy — writing that policy in full is not included in the price, but we tell you what needs to be added to it.
How ordering a quiz works
The first step is free. You tell us what you sell and what you need to know about a customer before the first conversation. You get a link to a working quiz with your own questions — you can answer it yourself and see what would land in your inbox. You decide only then. We make 3–4 free previews a week.
If you take the quiz, we finalise the branching and the result page and embed it on your site. Invoicing starts only once you have approved the implementation.
Try our quiz — or ask for one with your own questions
The quiz on the add-on services page is built exactly the way yours would be. If you want your own, we build a free preview of it before you order.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a quiz for a website cost?
With us a quiz costs €390 as a one-time payment including VAT 25.5%, with no monthly fee. International quiz tools are priced monthly: according to their own pricing pages on 8 September 2026, Typeform starts at $29/month and involve.me at $29/month on annual billing or $49/month billed monthly.
What is the difference between a quiz and a contact form?
A form asks everything at once and scares part of the audience off. A quiz asks one question at a time, branches on the answers and ends with a result that is useful to the visitor. Contact details are asked last, once the visitor has already received something.
Does a quiz work on a site you did not build?
Yes. The quiz is embedded into an existing site as it is, regardless of who built it. The site is not rebuilt and your URLs do not change.
Where are the quiz answers stored?
Answers reach you by email or Telegram through the same route as contact form messages — they do not sit on a third party's platform. The quiz carries a consent line and a reference to your privacy policy.
How many questions should a quiz have?
Five to eight. Anything shorter tells you nothing a form would not; anything longer loses respondents without adding value. Our own quiz has four questions, because it asks only what changes the recommendation.
Can I see a quiz working before I order?
Yes. Our add-on services page runs our own quiz: four questions, and at the end a configuration and a price. On top of that we build a free preview with your own questions before you order.
